  5. Listing Plan of Action -    Require the Realtor do up a customized marketing plan for your home.
  6. Qualifications   - Both the Realtor and the Broker should have the proper industry accepted qualifications.   
  7. Guaranteed Service Standards  -  It is always a sign of Integrity when the Realtor is willing to put their service in writing  
  8. Promotion  - ask how they will attract the most buyers in the least amount of time
  9. Neibourhood and market knowledge – choose a Realtor who is an expert on your specific neibourhood.  
  10. Comfort / Trust   Most importantly you have to know the Realtor is working for you, use someone you can trust!
